Richard joined MENTOR in 2014 and spent four years in field missions before joining our HQ team. He then spent eight years as Head of Security before transitioning to Head of Operational Support. He is currently responsible for oversight of field logistics and procurement, security and insurance, and IT admin. Richard is very familiar with our field teams owing to time spent as a Field Coordinator or Country Director in South Sudan, Central African Republic, Mozambique and Nigeria.
Prior to joining MENTOR, Richard was in the military for over 20 years. He has a master’s degree in international policy and diplomacy.
