Strengthening health systems through an innovative humanitarian approach

MENTOR is working with local authorities and partners to strengthen health systems in northern Syria through an innovative humanitarian approach supported by Creating Hope in Conflict: a Humanitarian Grand Challenge

Resources generated by innovative solutions that address health needs in communities affected by conflict are being invested into local services to improve access to essential healthcare.

As part of our ongoing commitment, we recently donated medical equipment such as an ECHO machine, a laptop and water coolers to Sinjar Health Facility through the Idleb Health Directorate.

The equipment will improve the delivery of quality healthcare services to around 2,500 patients each month. The ECHO machine will enhance diagnostic services at the facility, reduce the need for referrals, and increase access to examinations.
